Dr. Leah Kowalewski

Dr. Leah Kowalewski graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic – Main early in 2023. She is well versed in Palmer Package adjusting (Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, and Activator). While early in her career, Dr. Leah has learned that her favorite aspect of practicing is having the ability to truly improve the overall quality of life of patients. She believes in restoring proper biomechanical function to the spine by utilizing a specific, intersegmental approach to remove impedance from the nervous system and optimize the mind-body-spirit connection. Through proper alignment and biomechanical function, she believes we are then able to unlock the innate potential of our bodies to self-correct and heal maladaptive patterns that have accumulated throughout day-to-day life.

Dr. Leah was born and raised in North East, Pennsylvania home to the Grape Pickers. (That was on David Letterman’s 10 Worst High School Mascots). She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. It was at Slippery Rock where she fell in love with helping people play an active role in their healthcare by introducing purposeful movement into their daily lives. She spent a year in Pittsburgh after undergrad working in the service industry and made the decision to pursue a career in chiropractic shortly thereafter.

In her free time, she loves to read, explore Nashville with her significant other, spend time with her pets (Vinny and Lilith), and enjoy the great outdoors. On the weekends you could probably find her at a local farmers marker, making a tasty meal, or trying a DIY project.
